Premier Diagnostics is pleased to offer at-home rapid antigen tests to patients who wish to test in the comfort of their own home.

Test kits can be mailed to your home address or picked up at any one of our drive through testing facilities. Please note, Premier Diagnostics cannot bill your insurance company directly for an at-home test. However, Premier Diagnostics will provide you with a detailed receipt which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Insurance companies are required by law to reimburse at-home COVID-19 testing as outlined here.

At-home rapid antigen tests are $20 each plus shipping. We are unable to provide a certified PDF lab report for an at-home test.
