Our testing technicians administer our saliva-based COVID-19 and antibody tests. Testing technicians must be able to work on their feet while providing exceptional patient care. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Payment is a competitive hourly rate depending on experience.
Our customer support and operations associate will work from home (or from one of our many testing sites) to assist patients via phone and email. This team member will make sure patient data is accurate in our system and also use that data to answer common questions and resolve concerns. The customer support and operations associate is also responsible for managing the data collection, analysis, and reporting across the entire company. This is a high-impact role working directly with the leadership team, and has a lot of potential for upward mobility and additional responsibility depending on performance.
