Premier Diagnostics provides travelers with saliva-based RT-PCR tests and/or rapid antigen tests to take with them on vacation. These tests can be self-administered and read virtually by technicians from Premier Diagnostics. In this way, travelers can take their COVID-19 test from the comfort of their hotel room.

COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test
Premier Diagnostics can assist individuals and groups in need of testing services abroad by providing rapid antigen tests that can be self-administered while on vacation. Travelers who choose this option must schedule a virtual meeting with a testing technician from Premier Diagnostics. The technician will observe the testing process and interpret the test results in real time.
The rapid antigen test uses a shallow nostril swab and takes only 10 minutes to return a result. A signed PDF copy of the test result will be emailed to the patient as soon as the result is available.
This service is available to travelers in any foreign country and is accepted by the federal government upon arrival in the USA.

Please include your date of departure, anticipated test date, travel destination, and number of test kits needed in the email. You will be asked to pick up your test kits at one of our convenient locations found here.
Saliva-based RT-PCR Test
Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean Islands
Premier Diagnostics also assists individuals and groups in need of testing services abroad by providing saliva PCR tests that can be self-administered while on vacation. Upon completion, saliva samples can be shipped to our partner lab and results will return 24 hours after lab receipt of test samples. This system allows patients to travel freely without stressing about how to get home.
This service is available to those traveling to Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean Islands. The testing radius is limited only by expected shipment delivery times, and the above locations fall within the established time restrictions. Please consider this website for estimated FedEx delivery rates and times.

Patients are responsible for shipping their saliva sample to our laboratory in South Jordan, Utah. Test results will be sent to the patient via email with 24 hours after receipt at the laboratory.

Personal identifiers on your negative test results must match the personal information on your passport or other travel documents. This means that when you complete your Premier Diagnostics registration online, you must complete the form to match the information (name, date of birth, etc.) listed on your passport.
