Purchase Saliva Test Kits
Saliva-based PCR tests are 98.9% accurate and have EUA approval from the FDA. To take this test, patients excrete saliva into a sterile test tube provided to them at your clinic. The saliva samples are then collected and shipped to a processing lab located in South Jordan, UT. There, the samples undergo a DNA amplification process called polymerase chain reaction, or PCR. This process amplifies the possibly infected DNA to allow detection of the COVID-19 virus. Results return within 24-48 hrs after receipt of the test sample at the lab; results are communicated immediately to the patient via secure email and to your practice in a private and secure admin portal.
PCR test kits cost $15 per test. Additionally, a lab "processing fee" is associated with each test completed and sent to our partner lab. This fee is fully covered by the patient's insurance if the patient testing has been referred for the test by a doctor. A portal for patient registration and admin access will be provided to your clinic upon purchase of test kits.
If, as a clinic, you collect the patient's saliva sample in your office, you may bill the patient's insurance for a "collection fee." Premier Diagnostics will bill the patient's insurance for only the lab "processing fee."

Your body produces antibodies to fight infectious diseases such as COVID-19. These antibodies will remain in your bloodstream for some time if you have previously had or been exposed to the coronavirus. Research on COVID-19 antibody behavior is still under development, but most medical professionals believe these antibodies may remain in your bloodstream for up to 4-6 weeks after exposure.
The COVID-19 antibody test uses a droplet of blood to detect the presence of antibodies associated with the COVID-19 virus. Although antibodies do not give a person full immunity from the virus, the detection of antibodies can provide a useful clue into the spread of the disease and a reasonable explanation for past symptoms. Antibody tests can be performed in-office and do not require the use of a lab. Results return apx. 10 minutes after administration of the test.
